Tim Hadley

Leadership

Tim Hadley is a passionate leader, educator, and Army Chaplain dedicated to developing people, building strong cultures, and leading with purpose. With experience in education, ministry, military service, and community leadership, he brings a unique perspective that blends strategic leadership with compassion, resilience, and authenticity.

Throughout his career, Tim has served students, soldiers, families, and communities by focusing on servant leadership, mentorship, and team development. His leadership philosophy centers on creating environments where people feel valued, challenged, and inspired to grow. Whether leading in schools, churches, or deployed environments, he believes the greatest leaders invest in others and lead with integrity.

Education

Tim holds Master's degrees in Educational Leadership from Iowa State University and Divinity from Liberty University. He is known for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, communicate vision clearly, and build positive organizational culture. His work emphasizes collaboration, character development, and helping individuals discover purpose and confidence in their own leadership journey.
 
As a speaker and mentor, Tim encourages others to embrace challenges, lead with courage, and remember that leadership is not about titles, it is about influence, service, and the impact we leave on others.

A Leader Committed to Service

Beyond his work in education and leadership development, Tim has dedicated his life to serving others through ministry, military service, coaching, and community support. His diverse roles reflect a deep commitment to mentorship, resilience, and helping people discover purpose, including:

Trinity Friends Church:

Served as a pastor for 15 years. 

Pekin Community Schools:

Served as a coach for both the football and the wrestling teams for 15 years. 

Pekin Community Schools:

Taught social studies for 8 years. 

Pekin Community Schools:

Grades 6-12 Principal for 6 years. 

Chaplain:

Served as a chaplain for the Army for 8 years and for Police and Fire for 5 years. 

Oelwein High School:

Currently serving as the High School Principal for 6 years. 

Prairie Lakes Church:

Currently serving as an elder.
